Tommy Oliphint

Tommy Oliphint, Founder of One Advocate Group Legacy has focused his career on creating revolutionary processes that equip families to make conscious decisions and strengthen generational gaps.

After 25 years engaging clients and working in financial planning, Tommy discovered clients would be most successful with a deeper understanding of wealth, and what truly makes them wealthy. He developed a revolutionary multi-generational planning process, rooted in advancing and protecting wealth for generations. Out of this planning model, One Advocate Group Legacy was launched in 2005.

Tommy has traveled the United States speaking about the One Advocate Group Legacy revolutionary process from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, to McAfee & Taft, and the Steve Savants Let’s Get Down to Business program.

A Baylor University Bear, Tommy received a baseball scholarship, lettering for three years and completing his undergraduate degree. Upon graduation he was drafted to play baseball for the Cincinnati Reds.


Sara A. Neel, MBA

Industry leader, Sara Neel joined One Advocate Group Legacy  in 2012. She currently serves as CEO and President, directing her time and attention to solving issues that many key stakeholders of closely-held businesses have, with respects to general business planning, succession, and exit. Sara is devoted to continually enhancing the client experience and relationship.

With over 15 years working in diverse trades, Sara has developed the unique perspective and insight to work with families and organizations of all sizes in varied industries.

Sara holds her MBA from Grand Canyon University and is working towards her Doctorate. She donates her time to countless philanthropic causes, most recently serving on the Board of Trustees at The Children’s Shelter.

She has been a featured lecturer at Baylor University Institute for Family Business and Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. 

Chief Operating Officer

Christopher J. Escobedo

Chris Escobedo serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a passion for efficient state-of-the-art systems that continually keep the firm on the cutting edge and propel it into the future.

With over 20 years of experience working nationally and internationally in leadership roles, Chris has specialized in Information Technology, Human Resources and Network Operations, implementing enterprise solutions.

He has been an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Jimenez Thanksgiving Dinner and a St. Anthony Catholic School Board member.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
